Pre-registration for an ICANN meeting is voluntary and free. The information collected will be used for the following purposes:

  • Knowing the number of attendees will help us plan the venue.
  • Having the names of attendees will allow us to prepare pre-printed entrance badges.
  • Having the names of most attendees will help with scribes notes and other record keeping.
  • Having an email address and country will allow us to notify you if there are significant issues in visa requirements and so on.
